PRICES, PAYMENT & VAT

ItCircle.lk has the full right to change the prices of its products without any notice, and the changes will be updated on the site accordingly. 

Prices of the products listed on this site are stated in Sri Lankan Rupees, including VAT and excluding delivery charges.

You hereby agree to pay the total price of the products plus applicable delivery charges. 

The buyer will be requested to provide complete payment details during the checkout process. Please be informed that we follow a secured encrypted payment system to ensure your security. 

The buyer should settle the entire payment for us to process the order.

Card transactions and bank transfers are accepted for orders placed online.

DELIVERY

We will try to deliver the products within the time stated, subject to availability of products and delivery schedule. 

We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, costs and expenses caused by delayed delivery.

CANCELLATIONS

Your order can be cancelled at any given time before dispatch. Contact us with the electronic copy of your payment receipt and order details. We will follow our cancellation procedure accordingly.

WARRANTIES & REPAIRS

If your products develop a fault or repair during the manufacturer's warranty period (twelve months), please visit our authorized repair centres. 

Guarantees and warranties do not cover faults caused due to incorrect use and damages caused by the consumer's negligence. 

Warranty is not provided over accessories batteries, films and related equipment.
